Double-decker buses no longer serve Barnoldswick on ordinary services, but Schools service 917 which operates one journey in the morning and one in the afternoon is normally a double-decker, as here with Transdev Burnley & Pendle 122. The bus is in blue and white livery probably because it was acquired second-hand from Northern Blue and it was not considered worthwhile to repaint such an old vehicle.
