One of the main roads on the Harwell Science Campus, named after Enrico Fermi (1901-1953). He was an Italian physicist who worked on the first nuclear reactor and subsequently achieved the dubious honour of being called the Father of the Atom Bomb. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enrico_Fermi
