Officially opened on March 25th 2010, the library occupies part of the ground floor of the new Jack Judge House, on the corner of Halesowen Street and Canal Street. The former library building http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/933165 in Church Street is now a pub. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2936804
