A house of c1800 with wedge lintels, keystones and doorcase framed by rusticated pilasters and surmounted by a pediment on brackets. Just a pity the Georgian sashes have disappeared. Grade II listed. A plaque records that a previous occupant was a former mayor, John Gulson, 1835-1904. Also known as Pelham Lee House, I think this is now used by the cathedral as offices.
