View westward, to Gloucester Central and South Wales, round to the left to Gloucester Eastgate and the ex-Midland line to Bristol - see also Image Shunting is Collett-design '2251' class 0-6-0 No. 2241 (built 3/45, withdrawn 2/64). Behind the train is Horton Road Locomotive Depot (with its large water-tank on the coaling stage), further back the Goods station and just visible the Central station.
