Now vacant and boarded up this property has a “sold” sign. The agents’ brochure includes the following description “Former Narrows Guesthouse 8-12 Shore Road Portaferry . . . .The site currently has full planning permission for the development of 12 self contained residential apartments to include off street parking facilities (Ref: X/2007/1268/F). A copy of the planning permission and plans of the proposed scheme can be obtained by contacting the agent”. This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
