View SE from the convenient footpath which parallels the through lines from Hereford via Foregate Street station and Rainbow Hill Junction to Tunnel Junction, thence Droitwich, Kidderminster, Birmingham etc. The freight train below is coming from the Hereford direction, headed by Churchward 2800 class 2-8-0 No. 2873 (built 11/18, withdrawn 12/64, but preserved on the South Devon Railway). Behind it the LMS is represented by ex-Midland 3F 0-6-0 No. 3339 on the lines from the Goods Locomotive Shed and beyond are the other Depot tracks and the main lines into Shrub Hill station from the Birmingham direction.
