Located on the corner of Market Street and Lon-y-twyn. Tŷ Hafan was established in 1999. It offers comfort, care and support for life-limited children and young people and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for their whole family. Next door is the office of Charles, Crookes & Jones, solicitors.
