This store opened on 20th November 2006 and is accessed from the new (partly completed) Galashiels inner relief road and new Gala Water Bridge. It stands on the former Currie Road industrial estate and has competition from the recently opened (04/12/06) TESCO superstore a short distance to the right of this photo. This building sits between two squares, and although this was taken from just inside NT4936 and the entrance to the store is in NT4936, part of the building out of shot is in NT4935. As a result this may be deemed to be a supplemental image.
