Looking from the walkway connecting Custom House station with the centre. In the foreground is Seagull Lane - providing access to the businesses and the ExCeL Centre beside the Royal Victoria Dock. Behind the line of pylons runs the Docklands Light Railway, on which a train is visible approaching Royal Victoria Dock Station. In the distance are the modern office blocks of the East India Dock development and the 1960's Balfron Tower in Poplar.
