Former south Staffs Waterworks Pumping Station. Contains an 1873 Cornish beam steam pumping engine. This is preserved but quite what the future will bring is uncertain. Houses are being built all around. SSWWCo are also selling off Brindley Bank Pumping Station near Rugeley but it and its steam engine have just been listed II*.
