The vacant and boarded up former gate lodge, facing the Cullybackey Road, at the entrance to “”Kintullagh” (now the St Louis Grammar School). Built about 1862/4, to a design by Lanyon, Lynn and Lanyon, for William A Young of the Braidwater Spinning Company. Listed as historic building no HB07/18/004 and on the official “at risk” register.
