"Majestic ... Loire-chateau-style in red Ruabon brick and stone, by F. & G. Holme, 1887" (Pevsner). Grade II listed. It appeared to have been converted to offices. Homeopathic "principles" were not followed in the building's construction, hence the mortar has held firm and the building stayed up.
