The photograph on this page of The trees survived by Fernweh as part of the Geograph project.
The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

Before these houses were built these trees marked a field boundary. It's good to see that the have survived and were not damaged during the construction of the new estate.
