Old Methodist chapel at New Invention, Shropshire

This is a fine old Methodist chapel, dated 1874 I believe. The name of the hamlet may originate in the fact that a new type of water-powered spinning machine operated here in the early days of the Industrial Revolution. I have no idea about the origin of the neighbouring settlement, Purlogue.
