Very solid-looking Gothic with paired windows in pointed arches. The entrance tower looks stunted because once it was topped by a spire. By Richard Owens, 1879-80. Grade II listed. Originally containing shops, offices and warehousing, it was being converted to flats, this process apparently not complete despite Pevsner reporting that it was underway in 2005.
