Taken from the fifth floor of the brand-new Holiday Inn Express hotel on the edge of Sheffield's city centre on the morning of the Geograph conference. The multi-storey car park between the two hotels is run by NCP and thus open to non-residents. On the right, the river Don can be glimpsed. The area is packed with high-rise chain hotels filling the space of a former steel works site along the river http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2204431 .
