Celebrated piece of Grade II listed modern Corbusian architecture or a nightmare social housing project? Park Hill was built between 1957 and 1961 to the designs of architects Jack Lynn and Ivor Smith. Most of the flats now empty and boarded up, awaiting renovation by the Urban Splash group.
