The bus just visible on the left of the road is standing at its terminus - known for many years as 'Old Coulsdon, Tudor Rose' but now truncated to just 'Old Coulsdon'. The eponymous pub is off-picture to the left, with, further away, the large Coulsdon FE College. To the right is the Tudor Parade shopping centre, while behind the photographer is a busy medical centre. All good reasons for the generous provision of bus services to this point.
