This photo was found among my late Father's papers. My mother recalled the name of the camp where he did his National Service. I have been unable to place it precisely within the grid square. RAF Hereford was a non-flying training base of the Royal Air Force from 1940 until 1999. At the time of the photo it was home to "No 2 School of Administration Training". It was also known as RAF Credenhill. The site is now home to the SAS. Those who trained here during and after WW2 are now remembered by a modest memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum: Image
