This was originally the Kennings motor showrooms and garage. Built in 1936, it is a fine example of Art Deco terracotta decoration. Originally earmarked for demolition, between 1993 and 1998 it was converted into a centre for media production (Workstation) and includes a 4-screen independent cinema (Showroom).
