A ragged little group, its symmetry ruined by partial demolition. It must once have been quite grand. Amid the flyposters was a "site safety" sign, the only evidence of any building. The graffiti on the right read: THERE ARE 3951 PEOPLE FOR EVERY km2 IN THIS CITY. DO YOU LIKE YOUR NEIGHBOURS?"
