The entrance/exit to the subterranean tunnel (known as The Park Tunnel) that extends from here to the city centre stretch of Derby Road (A610). This footpath forms both the commencement and the conclusion of the tunnel close to the houses located in Tennis Mews, (a cul-de-sac off Tennis Drive, NG7),i.e. immediately behind where the photographer is standing. The seemingly precariously balanced house in the top right-hand corner of the picture is No.20, Park Crescent.
