Built in 1934, to a design by the Belfast Corporation architect RS Wilshere, as the McQuiston Memorial primary school, no 99 Donegall Pass became the Belfast School of Music in 1964. It (and premises on the other side of Donegall Pass) closed in the summer of 2009 when the School of Music moved to Fortwilliam. Now vacant and offered for sale as a “development opportunity”. The building is at the corner of Oak Street (left).
