This is the west parapet of Tilstone Bank canal bridge. The faint white line on the right of the photo indicates an early bench mark Image This paprapet has had a lucky escape as at the time of taking the photo the opposite parapet was being rebuilt after allegedly being impacted by a farm vehicle.
