A view down Belvoir Hill from the courtyard gates of Green's windmill, Sneinton. Through the gate on the left is the previous home of George Green (1793-184). Although George, the son of a miller and baker, followed his father's calling and worked in the adjacent mill he was also an almost entirely self-taught mathematical genius whose work was apparently admired by Albert Einstein.
