Weston is one of the few villages in the area to still have on display their village stocks. The age of the present stocks is unsure – probably 18th century or earlier. They are made from oak with wrought-iron fixings. The stocks have 2 slotted posts with sliding cross pieces for securing hands and feet, and are complete with all ironwork
