Nottingham - NG1

A view looking down Hollowstone - in the Lace Market area - towards the National Ice Skating Centre (not visible), from the edge of St Mary's (Anglican) Church graveyard. The tall brick building on the right seems likely to have housed a lace making business but appears now to have been converted in to offices and flats. To the right is Short Hill, a cul de sac, via which pedestrians can use "Short Stairs" to ascend or descend in or out of the Lace Market quarter.
