This very decrepit old building looks to be caught in the familiar conservation dilemma of being protected because of its age but unsaleable because of its condition. It's already partly supported on scaffolding. When bits start dropping off on passers by no doubt there will have to be a final decision. The vehicle in front is a sort of communal push bike where you all cycle along sideways. Singing "We Are The Champions" like these ladies were is optional. See also Image
