The following text is included, "The Church, built in 1896/7 united the earlier primitive church (located at Creamery) and the Wesleyan Church (located at Masonic Hall). The stones were quarried at Alderwood. The Manse built 1894 predated the church. The church windows, illustrating the central truth "God is" replaced the originals, bomb damaged in 1991. The communion rail, installed in 1964 during major interior modifications, was part of the banister of Aughentaine Castle demolished in 1956. The Wesleyan Hall was built in 1997."
