A development site, at 8-18 Comber Road, described on the agents’ website as “Outstanding residential development site with full planning permission for 53 units. Located in the village of Killyleagh within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The site extends to approximately 6.98 acres and is elevated to provide superb views of Strangford Lough and Killyleagh Castle. The approved proposal comprises a mix of detached semi-detached and terraced dwellings.” This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
