The shadow of St Mary's Church tower, with its dramatic pinnacles, falls across county education buildings. The houses with red brick backs are at the top of the Butts. The band of tall trees across the picture are on the highest ground of Priory Park; the roofs of Warwick Hospital show just above the trees. On the left is Warwick police station, now a part-time station if it is not actually closed.
