Erected on Mumbles Road as Mount Sion Independent chapel. The date stone near the top of the chapel's facade shows 1850. The name board of the current occupiers shows MUMBLES CHRISTADELPHIAN ECCLESIA MT ZION HALL. On the left, on the corner of Dunns Lane, is Davies of Mumbles The Dunns Bakery and Coffee Shop.
