Bonhams Auctioneers ceased to hold auctions at their Station Road, Knowle premises (to the right) in December 2011. In March 2012 Knowle Auction Rooms (to the left) hold their first auction in the former off-licence neighbouring Bonhams. The original plaque high on the brickwork states "Howard Place, 1878".
