A World War 2 machine-gun position with its concrete roof, brick anti-blast wall and slot through which the guns fired. Nowadays it is close to the A92 trunk road but it cannot have been built to guard that important thoroughfare, as the road didn't exist in this location until long after WW2 had ended.
