Baglan is an unmanned station on the Swanline route between Cardiff Central and Swansea. Passenger facilities are limited to a small car park (capacity 23) and two shelters, one on each platform. Beyond the shelter on platform 1 is the dark blue exit ramp up to Seaway Parade.
