The church of the Holy Trinity and St Thomas of Canterbury was built in 1902-03 to replace the church of St Thomas a Becket, 1798-1913, of which only the tower remains Image Listed grade II, there is more detail at: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-482963-church-of-the-holy-trinity-and-st-thomas
