Drumjin Standing Stone

This upright stone is in a paddock near to Drumjin Cottage. Although it appears on OS Mapping I can't seem to find any related history, someone will know. White Loch wood is in the background. Update - Many thanks to Brian McAllister who says that the stone in the photograph marks the grave of Jo Carter, an English lady who died in Drumjin C2001 not long after the F&M outbreak in Dumfries & Galloway. The area within the fence and a pathway from the road to the grave still belong to her husband Bob.
