Numbers 1-7 Cleveland Street are in a very drab row of shops built in 1961, and awaiting closure when (eventually) the defunct Summer Row city regeneration is replaced by viable rebuilding schemes. Out of eleven units here, only three remain in business, the best being the Spice Avenue Balti Restaurant with the green frontage on the left. This view across Cleveland Street is from Summer Row. update October 2013: All but one of these units are now in use by small businesses. Update December 2022: To be demolished. https://www.expressandstar.com/news/local-hubs/wolverhampton/2022/12/14/empty-shops-in-wolverhampton-city-centre-to-be-demolished/
