This magnificent eye-catching edifice is impossible to miss as you drive out of the city along the A449 Penn Road (towards Kidderminster). It was built in the 1890s and until 2008 belonged to the Royal Wolverhampton School, which is nearby on the east side of the Penn Road. I cannot find any evidence that it is listed. Is it part of the Royal Wolverhampton School grouping for that purpose?
