A 460 bus bound for North Finchley passes Willesden Green Police Station on the High Road. Operated by Metroline, the vehicle is a Plaxton President bodied Volvo. The police station currently is under threat of closure by Brent's Chief Police Officer, to meet government spending cuts, but currently (March 2012) opens between 07:00 and 21:00hrs. Closure would release three officers for operational duties according to a report in the Brent and Kilburn Times.
