On Villa Road. Now closed (see Image) and soon to be redeveloped into 68 new homes by Bellway. Histon is a popular area for living so they will no doubt sell well. There are links to Cambridge Regional College, the Science Park and Cambridge by the Busway (and associated cycleway) and onto the A14. The site is 2.23 hectares but 0.7 of that is a flood zone so can't be built on.
