The band are from the charitable independent school, Christ's Hospital which was founded during the reign of Edward VI in the city of London. The school is now situated near Horsham in West Sussex, but returns on St Matthew's day for a special service in the cathedral and lunch with the mayor of the city. The uniform as seen is the original and still worn in the school.
