Willesden Parish Church and Shrine of Our Lady. The church's website http://www.stmarywillesden.org.uk/ says that there has been a church here since the 10th C, and that is home to the ancient shrine of Our Lady of Willesden, and to the Holy Water of Willesden which flows underneath the church and is freely available to be taken away.
