A new railway station, to be called Cambridge Science Park, is to be built on the site of the old permanent way yard, Chesterton Sidings, seen in the middle distance in this view from Fen Road Level Crossing. It will be served by the Cambridge to St Ives guided busway. The St Ives railway line, whose alignment the busway follows west of Milton Road, left the main line here.
