Helpot is the isolated white cottage in the foreground. In the middle distance is the farmstead of Bonfire Hall http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/406821 with the scattered cottages of Crook beyond. The background skyline is dominated by Red Screes and the fells of the Fairfield horseshoe.
