For reasons best known to itself, Moray Council has supplied households in much of its area with a minimum of four wheelie bins each - green for household, brown for garden and food waste, electric blue for paper and cardboard and virulent magenta for plastic and cans - and expects householders to find room to store them. The result is this sort of eyesore - clutches of violently coloured bins sitting around the countryside. I am all in favour of recycling, but it seems to me that they have got their priorities wrong in this case.
