St William House, Penarth Road, is occupied by Lloyds Banking Group plc. Lloyds TSB Group plc was renamed Lloyds Banking Group plc on January 19 2009, after the acquisition of HBOS plc. This made the company the largest retail bank in the UK. It was sheer coincidence that an AA vehicle was passing the AA building at the time!
