Remembering the Dead

This War memorial located at south entrance to Nottingham High School GV II War memorial. Constructed of rock-faced Bulwell stone and Portland stone ashlar. The bronze life-size figure depicts a junior officer in battle dress, which set on a square pedestal with cornice and moulded base. The memorial is set on a semi-circular platform with central ashlar steps and rock-faced stone retaining walls with chamfered coping.
