Newport: traffic lights for buses on Queensway

The westbound carriageway of Image comprises two lanes - a bus lane and a standard lane. Here, the buses are given priority by the mainline lights turning red and the bus-lane lights going green. A bus had just passed as I took this picture, so the amber light can just be seen as it goes out. The symbol is a single-axled half-length bus, a compromise to fit the available space.
